I specialize in Flavour Design. I work with flavours, I analyze their possibilities, and work with brands to enhance and improve their products with the use of different ingredients and cooking methods.

I’m a chef specializes in Basque and Singapore Cuisine. I do give cooking classes in both Spanish and English. I also work on a project basis with food companies to elevate and/or create new flavours and recipes for them.
